How We Measure

Our transportation team plans routes in advance whenever possible to prevent navigation distractions. Using our Fleetmatics system, transportation team members are assessed on their safe driving habits and rewarded for keeping our patients safe. Fleetmatics guarantees on-time arrival to the healthcare facility, and our team members complete the process by escorting patients to the waiting area of their destination.

Our Drivers

  • Drivers must wear a clean uniform with a tucked-in shirt, ironed pants, etc. 
  • Drivers must have no visible tattoos, no facial piercings, and no earrings for male  employees.
  • Drivers must keep vans clean at all times.
  • Drivers are expected to engage patients and display courtesy at all times. 
  • Drivers will assist patients in and out of the van.
  • All drivers are drug tested and complete MVR.
